Mel has a dream... A dream of providing the citizens of this country with a great noodle dish at a low, low price; and he's not going to let any silly intellectual property law get in his way! Of course, his restaurant is more reminiscent of a lemonade stand than the grand franchised venture that Butterscotch was envisioning, but hey... you've gotta start somewhere. Who knows why he didn't use some of his $37 million to build a better place. Then again, some things just taste better when they come from a cart...
