You know, I've always thought that there needs to be a nationwide franchised Chinese place. Somewhere you could go to get the same great quality every time, no matter where you were. I mean, Chinese restaurants are something that's different everywhere you go. (Even if they all seem to have the same pictures of entrees above the counter and the same style of takeout menus...) When I was in San Diego, I saw a Chinese restaurant that advertised on their sign: "New York style Chinese"... I mean, come on, how does that even make sense? In this country of franchised everything, why not franchised Chinese? Why not LoMeinia! I, for one, think that Butterscotch is on to something...
