Remember Franz? He’s a Nazi, but he’s a sort of reasonable one... Apparently, he only wears his full dress uniform on special occasions. I imagine him saying his first line here in a very proper manner, with a bit of a British accent, making it all the more humorous. Poor Butterscotch. He really needs to start locking his doors.
